Quick Rehab Update - 5 weeks

Moved the needle to 70 degrees this week which again is slow progress. The wire I have (through my Tibia, the tendon and around the knee cap) is really restricting how far I can push it.

But I'll keep trying ....

Have added a few calf raises (on crutches) - 2 feet and sometimes good foot. Plus some eccentric calf stretches whilst seating & will attempt some hamstring curls

Goal is still as close to 90 degrees and I have 2 weeks to get there
